1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App") published by Qubicle Coders ("we", "us", "our"), or by visiting qubiclecoders.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps or website.

2. Use of Our Apps

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of consent in your country, to use our Apps.
  • You agree to use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of any device on which our Apps are installed.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our Apps for personal, non-commercial use, subject to compliance with these Terms and Google Play's applicable policies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any App except as permitted by law
  • Use the Apps to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Apps' functionality or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps or related systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and code within our Apps and website are owned by Qubicle Coders or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.

6. In-App Purchases & Ads

Some Apps may offer optional in-app purchases or display third-party advertisements. Purchases are processed through the Google Play billing system and are subject to Google's terms and refund policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qubicle Coders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Apps.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
